These children worked so hard this morning when completing their maths work. They were able to locate items around the classroom using coordinates. They were all able to ask each other questions and then answer those questions. It was great to see child inspired learning. Well done P2. The skills learned will be taken out into the playground at the end of the week to help a special visitor, (Mountain Rescue) find any problems we might have. 😉

Growing Donuts in P2!

ce551b8bec48In the last week children in Primary 2 have been learning about lifecycles. We have explored the life cycle of a bean, frog and butterfly. Today P2 looked at the life cycle of a donut. We planted a Cheerio and watered it to start the donut growing. Children are waiting for the donut to grow so they can have it for lunch…
