As part of our forces topic we learnt about the famous bridge and canal Scottish engineer Thomas Telford. The task was then to build a bridge that would hold a car.

We have been revising numbers 0-30 in French. We used Numicon to make the numbers and our partner had to say the number in French. Bravo!
P4/5 – Secret Student Reward
The class have been working hard to earn Secret Student points. One of the school values is our focus each week and our secret student has to demonstrate this value.
We achieved our 20 point target on Monday and the class were rewarded with time at the play park. Everyone had great fun!

We took part in a range of activities as part of Children in Need including the live event with Joe Wicks, ;design a Pudsey t shirt; Bear pong; Blooket quiz; 25 lap challenge; puzzles and quizzes.

P4/5 have been busy creating their artwork for the bus stops around Fenwick in time for Light Up Fenwick

P4/5 – Basketball
We have been developing our dribbling and passing skills in basketball. This week the focus has been on shooting and practising a lay up. Everyone did really were and we had lots of shots on target!
p4/5 Outdoor learning
We collected lots of leaves to make the hedgehog boxes cosy and topped up the bird feeders. we then had a special treat when p7 came to teach us how to make a wreath from the willow in the garden.

Light Up Fenwick – Saturday 29th November
Recyclable – Christmas Lantern
Pupils will be designing lanterns in school again this year for Light Up Fenwick Event, which will take place on Saturday 29th November.
Pupils will require a 2ltr plastic bottle – Steps 1-3 should be carried out at home. (Please see attached instructions)
Bottles should be brought into school no later than Friday 14th November.
Lanterns will be sent home no later than Thursday 27th November.
