We have been focusing on dynamic jumps and landing. We focused on the 4 phases of a jump – preparation, take off, flight and landing from different heights.


We started our gymnastics block today and have been focusing developing our balance and flexibility by making different shapes with our bodies.


We have been learning the forehand and backhand in tennis.
Lots of hand-eye co-ordination required by all!



We have been developing our dribbling and passing skills in basketball. This week the focus has been on shooting and practising a lay up. Everyone did really were and we had lots of shots on target!
