On Wednesday 7th October the pupils of Catrine Primary School participated in a sponsored hush in.

All through the school, not a pupil was talking, as they remained silent for up to 45 minutes for the sponsored event.

The pupils raised an amazing £1385.30.

Thank you to everyone that sponsored a pupil, this money helps towards paying for buses for events throughout the year.

Primary 7 will be selling Poppies from Thursday 29th October until Friday 6th November.

Poppies cost £1.00 each.

Please don’t send in cash, payment can be made via Parentpay.

All monies raised will be forwarded to “The Scottish Poppy Appeal”.

Thank you for your continued support.

Thank you to Scott from Barony Football Festival who has kindly donated a set of 7 a-side football goals and 3 footballs, in partnership with Donsport Cumnock, to the school.  This football equipment will be well used by our school football team!

Well done to this week’s winners of the Ruby Reward Table.
