Leswalt Achieves STEM Award

We are pleased to announce that Leswalt Primary has achieved accreditation from Education Scotland for STEM Curriculum and Learning Pathways as part of the STEM Nation award.  This has been a long term project.

 

 

 

 

 

We have been rated as ‘strong’ in our official feedback, with further comments evidencing that we demonstrate:

‘Good listing of documentation supporting curriculum pathways. Setting has achieved 5 element areas in Digital Schools Award including curriculum. Excellent examples of partners, transitions, attainment and moderation activity. Good examples of parental engagement and consultation from stakeholders. Good example of learner-led STEM experiences.

Leswalt Primary always strives to develop skills for learning, skills for life
and skills for work in our children.
