Transition days at WHA

Wednesday

We met in the bailey hall in the morning and Mrs Mack went over what we where going to be doing on the days. Then we went to our classes. My first class was heath and well being. We where meant to have Mr Laverty but insted we had Mrs Mack because she is scaurs pupil support teacher. After that i had a class that i forgot. Then it was break time. At break we just kinda walked around and chatted. After break i had science. In science we went over the rules of the lab and the safety rules. We had to match up the the danger symbols to things that would need them. Then we had art with Mrs black. We had to read a poem and then draw something from it. I drew a fish with a snorkel. Next we had English. In English we got given a shield that we had to draw things we like in. I drew a football , the spurs badge and a car. Finally it was the end of the day we met back up in the bailey hall and then left.

Thursday

First we met in the bailey hall. then we went to out classes. First i had Religious studies. We got given jotters to write about the six world religions. We had to discuss Why they are called world religions. It is because They are practised in all different parts of the world. Then we did a quiz about different sacred places. We had to Guess what religion they where from. Me and Noah got 5 out of seven. After that i had double home EC. In the first period we got all the stuff we would need to make the scones. next we started to make them. The first step was mixing butter and flower together. The second step was to add milk and sugar. The third step was mixing the ingredients up with a knife. Then we shaped the dough and put them in the oven. Finally we eat them.
