Next week, we will be writing short stories, and making them into books to send to Uganda to help pupils there to practise their English.

We’ll also continue to look at climate change as part of our literacy and science learning.

Next week, be will be researching current scientific issues and reporting on them, linking together our work in science, social studies, and writing.

Here are some photos from the P6 trip to the Riverside Museum last week.

We had a great time looking around onboard the tall ship, cleaning the decks and ringing the bell, as well as seeing inside the different rooms on the ship;

We then spent some time in the transport museum, looking at and climbing aboard some of the different vehicles;

We walked down the model street, visiting some of the old-fashioned shops, and trying on some wonderful outfits;

We looked around some of the different displays;

And we had a lot of fun!
