Learning Outcomes
After attendance at this training participants will:-
- Have a raised awareness and understanding of National and Local Policy, Guidance, Research and Practice Tools relating to Assessment and Decision Making for Children and Young People.
- Demonstrate partnership working and collaborative learning by applying the above to a Multi-Agency Practice Situation.
- Increase their understanding of Professional Roles and Responsibilities as these relate to our personal, organisational and professional values and thresholds.
Target Audience:
Staff working within the Specific/Intensive Contact Workforce Group, particularly those staff who undertake the Named Person/Lead Professional Role.
