We have been celebrating Chinese New Year this week. We have been making Chinese dragons, writing Chinese letters, making Chinese lanterns, dressing up in traditional Chinese clothes, playing Chinese themed maths games and eating Chinese food. A highlight for us all was doing the dragon dance in the gym hall. Please see the ILD’s for a video of this.
Liam has been learning about China at home from Conor as it is the topic his class is working on.
Liam was able to say hello – Nia hao in Chinese.
