Fiona Harvey, the Local Fundraising Manager for Cancer Research UK, came along to our assembly today to receive a cheque for £4205 that we raised from our Race For Life in October. Fiona spoke to the children about how much this money would help and the type of things the money would be used for. Skye and her mum, Jane had this great idea for the school to get involved and raise some money for this worthwhile cause that touches so many people. Little did we know it would result in this amazing total. Thank you once again for everyone who contributed.
