P4-7 pupils in Rothesay Primary took part in an oustanding pantomime last week called ‘Cinderella Jones’. This production told the story of Sally, a girl in a very similar dilema to Cinderella in the traditional fairy tale. We had a 5 strong team of rapping mice, a duo of hilarious fairy godmothers and their ‘squeegie’ dancer girls, Matt Vinyl: an overly confident DJ and his two crazy pals, our two ugly (but they were beautiful) sisters, the cool and charming Surfin’ Sam and of course, Sally. Our P1,2 and 3 pupils entertained our two sold-out audiences with Christmas songs during the interval.
