Over the last eight weeks pupils of Rockfield Primary School have been organising a spectacular show. Primary7/6/5G and Primary 6 have put on an amazing school talent show for the community. The acts wowed the judges (Mr Degnan, Miss McKerrell and Mrs MacIntyre) with their huge amount of talent. We had a brilliant host from Oban High School and his name was Mr McKenna. We filled in application forms, stating which group we would like to be in.
There were nine groups including a Management group, a Finance group and a Catering team. The teams organised everything themselves from writing letters to visiting local businesses. We learned how to co-operate with the rest of the team, to work with a different class and become more confident in ourselves.
We feel that our event went extremely well because we have so far raised approximately £1350 which is including DVD`s we have sold of the evening. We are so happy with this sum and we give a big thank you to everybody who came and everybody else who helped make this show possible.
