Learning Intention:
We are learning to develop our group work skills.
Success Criteria:
I can work well in a group.
I can create an eye-catching poster or PowerPoint.
I can present my findings to the class.
Over the past two weeks Primary 4 have been researching different Scottish people. These people are all famous but for different reasons. The class were given a selection of hidden names and they had to choose one per group. We chose Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Mary Queen of Scots, John Logie Baird and Robbie Coltrane.
Each group then discussed the key information they would like to find out about their Scot and how they wanted to present their information. Some chose to create a PowerPoint, while others opted for a poster.
We self-assessed each other and gave every group 2 Stars and a Wish for each group to think about for next time. All groups did extremely well and were able to tell us lots about their famous Scot.
Well done Primary 4!
