Last week we finished our large map of Livingston for our wall display. We used printed a large map and cut it into 12 sections. Then we worked with a partner to recreate the map, on a much larger scale. We will add a photo of this for you all to see.
We also continued to learn about area. We are beginning to make the link between times tables and finding the area of rectangles and squares. We will continue to work on this and hope to get really speedy with our recall of times tables.
In Science we are going to be learning more about the human body. Last term we learned about the auditory system as part of our learning about sound. This term we will be learning about the digestive system and micro-organisms.
Emma C is our current Class Dojo champion with 44 points and Oktawia was our high scorer last week with 5.
