P6 Timetable Week Beginning March 1st

Good morning!

I hope you are all keeping well as we continue to navigate through these circumstances together. P6 and families should be so proud of all they have achieved in term 3 so far. As their teacher, I am so proud to see how hard every child has been working and how much responsibility they have taken for their own learning at home. I hope that it won’t be long until we are all reunited in our classroom so that we can be a team once more!

Here is the timetable for this week’s P6 online learning tasks. Please remember there is no pressure to complete everything.

P5 Online learning for the week beginning 1st March

Good Morning boys and girls!

It was so good to see so many of you taking part in our learning last week! It was also great to see you all during our video calls. Here is a list of what will be happening this week.

Remember there is no pressure to complete everything.

In teams I have now put up a daily check in channel. In there you will find a daily check in form please complete it as it replaces your daily check in we would have in class.

Literacy: spelling – work for each group will be put into the literacy folder. If you are on IDL please log into it and do 5 lessons.

Drop Off/ Pick Up

It was lovely to see so many happy children run in the gates this morning, delighted to be back in our PUSCPS home.
Just a wee reminder, can you please ensure you wear a mask at all times and distance 2m from others at drop off and pick off. This includes in the playground, nursery outdoor area, in and around the school gates and around the school premises. I know it is difficult and it is tempting to say around and chat but please do not loiter once you have dropped off or picked up your child.

Here is the timetable for this week’s remote learning tasks:

 

Monday – Spelling (3 activities from the grid), Numeracy Task, IDL (No video call, Mr Blair in school).

Tuesday – Reading, Numeracy Task, IDL, Video lesson at 10am

Additional tasks: Try and find some time for personal reading and times table practice throughout the week. Also, try to get outside for some fresh air/exercise if you can.

Please remember that there is no pressure to complete everything, we would love to see you at the video call times.

Learning can be completed in homework jotters/paper and photos can be posted as a reply to the task or as a Word document, which can be uploaded to the relevant folder in the Files section.

P4 Online Learning for Week Beginning 22.02.21

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend.  Here is your timetable for online learning for this week. Please do what you can.

If you upload any work to Teams click reply to the task post to upload your work or open a Word or PowerPoint document in your own file in Home Learning Choice Boards, Term 3, saving it with the date of the task first and the title, then upload your work there.
I will be in school on Tuesday, so I won’t be as active on Teams on those days but I will try my best to check work that has been posted.

P4/3 Home Learning Week Beginning 22/02/21

Good morning P4/3! As you know, I will be back in school, starting from this morning, with the P3 children in our class. I will still be planning and posting your lessons on Teams until you join us back in school, in the future. On a Monday and Tuesday I will host a live Teams meeting at 12 o’clock. On Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s, I will post pre-recorded video lessons for you, rather than having a live call. During the day, Mrs Mooney will be monitoring the P4/3 class team, to answer any of your questions and provide support.
I know that it will seem strange to you that the P3 part of our class is going back to school when you are still learning from home but I want to let you know that this should only be temporary, and that the school and I will do our best to provide you with appropriate learning experiences until you return.
I hope you all have a wonderful week, I’m looking forward to seeing all of you when you are back in school 🙂
