We are busy preparing our Scottish poems at home for our forthcoming Scots assembly. We will be performing them next week and the best 3 performers will be perform their poem to Mr Eagleson. He will pick the person who will perform at our Scots assembly. Good luck!
For our Scottish topic we are learning about Robert Owen. The first thing we did was take notes about Robert Owen. Then we had to work with a partner to put our notes into sentences. Well done to Murron and Sam who worked really well together to complete their sentences. Their work was so good they went to show Mr Eagleson it.
Our next step was to use the Internet to develop our skills in reading for information to find out more facts about Robert Owen.
We will now be developing our collaborative group skills as we work together to decide which facts we will pick to present in a short talk to the class to share our learning about Robert Owen.
