This system can only send invitations to the main contact for the child which has been recorded on SEEMIS and we request that they make the appointment. To make your appointments please go to: https://parents-booking.co.uk/pumpherston

Please note: You need to type this address into your website browser’s ‘web address bar’.
Try not to ‘Google’ search the website address, it will not be searchable that way.

Login by entering the requested information, and then use the Booking Wizard to make your appointments.

You will need to enter:

  • Your title (Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms) and surname
  • Your child’s first name, surname and date of birth

Please note: The login details you enter must match those we have on record for you. If you have not alerted the school to any relevant name changes, we will be expecting you to login with the details you gave us original. The booking system will allow you to make bookings from 17th September 2020 at 6.00pm and will close for bookings on 24th September at 1pm.

Once you have logged in, we suggest you use the ‘Booking Wizard’ to make your appointments, although a manual booking option (one booking at a time, one child at a time) also exists.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you cannot login and have tried all the combinations you think we have on file, please contact the school office using the e-mail address at the top of the login page.
  • The email address you can enter is only used to receive a confirmation of your appointment. It will not be used as a login ‘check’. Your e-mail address is never the reason you cannot login.
  • If you have several children to make bookings for, and decide not to use the Booking Wizard, you can make appointments one-by-one using the ‘manual booking’ method. Use the ‘Change Child’ button on the blue bar (above the school’s name, at the top of the web page) to swap between your children.

If you are unable to book at home, please contact the school office for help.

Primary 3/2

This week, Primary 3/2 were looking at number words.

We know that number words can be tricky to spell, so we practised making them in different ways. We also used a class set of number mnemonics, which are little stories to help us remember how to spell each number word.

Grown-ups can help us by practising these words at home or testing us on our number mnemonics!

Check in next time to see what we have been learning!

NHS Guidance on Attendance at School

We know that this is a confusing and uncertain time as we learn how to follow the guidance for Covid 19 symptoms and testing. We would request that all families take time to re-read the guidance below, this should support you in deciding your child’s attendance at school. It is important as a whole school community we follow this guidance to keep everyone safe.

The NHS guidance is:

  • Please don’t send your child to school with symptoms which may be coronavirus (a new persistent cough, and/or a high temperature, and/or a loss or change in taste or smell).

  • If your child or anyone in your household has symptoms you should ALL stay at home. Find out how to organise a COVID test on NHS Inform or phone 0800 028 2816. If your child has symptoms but tests negative they can return to school once they have had no symptoms for 48 hours and are feeling better. Please show the teacher the negative test result. This helps monitor cases and keeps the school community safe and reassured.

  • If you return from an area with quarantine restrictions keep your child off school and stay at home for 14 days. A negative COVID test will not shorten quarantine as it doesn’t show if you or your child will develop the virus. Updated travel information is on gov.scot

When you phone our office to report your child’s office we will ask if your child or anyone in the house have symptoms and remind you of the NHS guidance.
