Pumpherston and Uphall Station CPS Blog
A place for news, information and sharing learning from PUSCPS
There was a real buzz in the hall today as we had our first Families Learning Together session of this school year. Children had to the opportunity to share their progress in their jotters and their targets. This will also support conversations at our  Parent Appointments next week. Thank you to everyone who joined us and our P7 Young Leaders who ran the event.
Our Digital Directors and IDL experts demonstrated to parents and carers how to use these apps.
Each of our classes have planned a focus on Maths/ Numeracyas part of their interdisciplinary context for learning. Have a look below to see what they are are learning.
Thank you for signing up to make a parent appointment online. This has been a huge success with 71%Â of families signing up to make their appointments. The system is now closed, if you would like a parent appointment for Wednesday 2nd or Thursday 3rd October please contact the office by Friday 27th September.
Unfortunately the West Lothian Courier no longer take P1 class photos, but we are able to send them a class photo. This photo will take place on the morning of Monday 30th September. Mrs Irvine-Holliday has kindly offered to take this photo with her professional camera, we will also make it available on the blog.
A gentle reminder that Friday 27th is a dress down day. We would request that if children decide to dress down could they please make a donation in return for this. Our recent dress down days have raised £40-£50. This dress down day is to raise money for school funds to help us with buying resources for our playground.
