Christmas Fayre 2018
On Friday we held our annual Christmas Fayre, organised by our Parent Partners. We started in the fayre in our PUSCPS tradition of the school choir singing.
All our classes, including Cosy Corner and Club Wild contributed to the fayre through their learning in enterprise. They also created posters to help advertise their products.
Some pupils even set up their own stalls.
Our Parent Partners set up a range of exciting and fun activities including a treasure hunt, guess the Legos, guess the reindeer birthday, refreshments, face painting and outdoor games.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to our school fayre, whether it was donating something, helping to set up, visiting or helping out on the day, we really appreciate everyone’s support. Also thank you to our P6 and P7 helpers who suported the fayre on the day. There was a fun, festive community feel on the day.
A special thank you to our Parent Partners and staff, who helped to organise such a successful event to raise funds for our school. Mrs Thom is busy counting up the money and we will let you know the total as soon as possible.
The Christmas raffle tickets are on sale until the end of term.

School Choir
Our school choir was recorded today by Mr Anderson at West Lothian Council. They have been rehearsing with Mrs Cougan at lunch times, and I’m sure you will all agree that they sound fantastic. Well done everyone!
Repost: Christmas Fayre Requests
We need your donations so we can go ahead with our usual stalls. If you have any of the following items, please hand them into the school as soon as possible.
Donations for coloured Tombola: Each class has been assigned a colour and we ask that you donate anything following that colour, e.g. red could be tomato sauce or red wine, brown could be chocolate, etc.
Toys: Unopened or in good condition.
Prizes: If you could donate any children’s prizes for the lucky dip it       would be a great help, for example party bag toys.
Home Baking: Please drop off school baking to the school on Friday 7th December – mark any containers you wish returned with your child’s name & their class. Please include a list of ingredients. All donations & creations are appreciated!
Volunteers to help on the day. If you can give us an hour or two of your time for setup or during the fair, please email us at puscps.ps@gmail.com
Thank you!
