P1m Reflective Learning

This week P1m started some drama about fairytales. We made houses for fairytale characters using our bodies. We have also been learning about still image. We made scenes from Little Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Jack and the Beanstalk and The Three Little Pigs. We used our faces to show how we were feeling, but didn’t use our voices.

P1M Reflective Learning

This week we built a house for the Three Little Pigs. We had to make bricks for the walls, make a tablecloth, made a cooking pot for the wolf and made him. We also made pictures of the Three Pigs and nameplates for them. We decided to call them Campbell, John and Andrew. Peek into our room to have a look 🙂

P1m Reflective Learning

This week Primary 1m have been looking at symmetry.

We looked at butterflies and saw they have symmetrical wings. We made our own butterflies using paint. We also went around the school to look at reflections of things. We also used play-dough to make symmetrical faces. We made patterns and used mirrors to reflect them.

Scots Poems

Hello little ones 🙂
