Primary 6 – Get Glowing

This week Primary 6 have been Glowing. This means that we have used Glow at least once. Most of us typed up a letter to send to the Civic Centre and then saved this letter on Glow. Miss Anderson is still working out all the ways that we can use Glow to support our learning and we will be working on this all the way up to Christmas and then into 2015.

In Reading this week we all either found long and short sentences or wrote a book review (some of us did both). We talked about how authors use sentences of varying lengths for effect.

We have talked a lot about chance in Maths. Here are a few pictures that share some of our thoughts. You will notice that there are lots of colours used – ask us why each colour was used.

We have continued to enjoy Dance, and have now finished our Street Dance topic. Next up is Indian Dancing, can’t wait!

We still have lots of work to get through in the next few weeks!
