P2 11th June

Good morning P2!

What a windy and grey day it is today.

Here is your learning for today:

11th June GridPDF

For our topic, Mrs Clayton has very kindly made a lovely video for us. Towards the end you can see real artefacts from the past that her mum gave her!

I’d love to hear how you are getting on, remember you can upload pictures to your Learning Journal or send them to the school office.

Please let me know if you need any help with anything!

Have a great day.

Miss Fleming 🙂

P3/2 – Thursday 11th June

Good morning P3/2,

It is another rather grey looking day but my fingers are crossed that the sun is going to come out later.

Below is today’s grid.  I have given you a choice of three reading comprehension sheets so choose if you would prefer mild, hot or spicy.  In maths we are finishing off our data handling work.  We are also finishing off our history topic with a little video today about where we get our information about how things have changed over the years and then there is a little PE activity.

Thursday 11th June

Have a wonderful day everyone.

Primary 2 – 10th June

Good morning Primary 2,

I hope you are all fit and well this morning.

Here is the learning grid for today: 10_6_20 grid.

We are recapping telling the time today, so there are lots of activities to help you.  There are also some worksheets – you can choose your challenge today:  mild, spicy, hot or extra hot!  You can also do more than one sheet, so you could challenge yourself to learn something new!

Mild: time – o’clock – mild                 Spicy: time – o’clock half past – spicy

Hot: time – quarter past – hot           Extra Hot: time – quarter past and to – extra hot

I hope you enjoy the other activities on the grid too.  I’d love to see some photos of you making and using a puppet theatre.  Remember you can email them or add them to your Learning Journals.

Hope you have a great day.

P3 Learning Activities

Good morning everyone.

I hope you are having a good week so far and enjoying the sunshine.

Here are our learning activities for today-Learning-Grid-9th-June-2020-1

There are no more division videos to watch at the moment but feel free to go back over any of them if you are unsure of what to do. Please practise sharing out and fact families as this will help with division. I have given you a choice of tasks- mild, spicy and hot, so you can choose if you want a challenge or are still becoming comfortable with the concept of division.

Take care,

Mrs McDonnell
