Special Moment 🐛🦋
So much joy and excitement this morning, releasing our very special butterflies! We have been responsibly caring for them and nurturing them since they arrived as tiny baby caterpillars. You can view the full video, captured by the children on the GoPro action camera on the TV screen in nursery.

Try at Home Station…
Please take a copy of ‘Baby Shark’ lyrics to practice before the procession, it is one of our favourite video clips to watch, sing and dance along to!
Warning… It is a very catchy song!

Grandparent Gardeners
BEYC children and staff would like to say a great big
T H A N K Y O U
to two of our kind grandparents who have given up their time this morning to give our raised beds some much needed TLC.
If anyone else can spare some time to help us keep on top of our garden and orchard please speak to Mrs Todd – even just a half hour after dropping of or before collecting children. Every little helps. Parents, carers, grandparents, family friends all welcome.
BEYC Spotted in the Courier!
Who spotted some familiar faces in this week’s West Lothian Courier? (page 32)
Here we are taking part in the National Spring Clean Campaign, doing our bit to ‘Keep Scotland Beautiful’.
Please come in and look at our Eco Schools notice board in the cloak room to find out all about our Eco learning.
Outdoor Learning
Here is a little clip of some of the learning that was also going on in the garden yesterday….
Stop watches help us to count when we are playing hide and seek.
Do you like our new rope swing Mrs Ola and the children attached to a big strong tree branch this week?
