‘A One Planet Picnic is a picnic that is good for you and good for the planet’
To take part in Keep Scotland Beautiful’s One planet Picnic we made our own vegetable soup and apple crumble using fresh produce sourced in our orchard or purchased locally.
At Bathgate Early Years we continue to make a conscious effort to use
- Healthy, sustainable ingredients e.g. seasonal, local, organic, or ethical produce
- Reduce food waste during snack times
