Wraparound at the Highland Show

Some of the Wraparound children went on a very special outing to this year’s Royal Highland Show.  Thank you to the grandparents who came along to help.  Gillan kindly reported back on behalf of the group;

“We had these goggles on and they take videos.  We made real candles with strips of these hard things, (wax) it was hot and squishy. We saw bees making honey.  I was looking through the farmers head to do a funny photo.  We are not actually dressed up, it’s not an actual farmer or an actual sheep, it’s just a cardboard plate.  We were doing some colouring in the wildlife tent.  We were practicing milking a cow. It was basically water coming out of a fake cow! The ice cream was yum.  My favourite bit of the day was putting the goggles on with the chickens and burgers in them (virtual reality goggles).”

Thank you Gillan for your fantastic report!
