Book Club
Dear parents/carers.
We would like to thank you for your overwhelming support of our recent Book Fair. Total sales were an awesome £1035.77. This earned us a massive £621 towards Scholastic books for our school. This will go a long way in stocking our new library. A huge thank you for your continued support.

Dear Parent/Carer
I am aware that not every parent is able to access information via the Parent Council Facebook page and would like to share information regarding the cost of the panto and how it is calculated.  The total cost of the tickets and the cost of the bus are added together then any contribution from the parent council is deducted and the balance divided by the number of children. There is no VAT added to the cost of the ticket and no VAT charged by the bus company.
I hope this information is helpful. Should you require any further information please contact me.
Regards
Mrs Burns
Christmas Panto
A huge thank to all who participated or collected sponsor money for our family welly week . We raised an amazing £327.82. With this money we would like to take all the children to see a local panto. Please add your comments to the notice in the cloakroom as we need to book this soon. thank you , the nursery team.
Parental Information Meeting for First Communions – Reminder
Father Sebastian is holding an information evening for all who are due to make their First Holy Communion in the spring. This meeting will take place tomorrow, Thursday 8th November, at 7pm in St Anthony’s RC Church, Armadale.
Good Neighbours
We have had several calls from local residents asking us to ask our parents to be more thoughtful and considerate to our neighbours.
Please do not block access to driveways or garages, try to keep noise down and perhaps walk a little further to avoid congestion in the streets closer to the school. Take advantage of the renewed footpaths/cycle paths which provide a safe route to the school when dropping off and collecting your children.
The Scottish Sun Book Bus
The Scottish Sun Book Bus was at our school on Friday to promote reading. Photos were in Saturdays Scottish Sun. Did you pick up your copy ?
