P6/7 Class Assembly and Conversation Cafe
Primary 6/7 invite you to attend their class assembly on Friday 15th February at 9.15 in the school hall.
The first of our “Conversation Cafes” will take place before the P6/7 assembly (8.45 – 9.15) on Friday morning. Join us for tea or coffee and find out about the recent film Resilience, which was shown here and in the other local schools during the past few weeks.

Resilience – Another chance to see!
Thank you to everyone who attended our Community showing of Resilience. If you were unable to attend you would be more than welcome to go to one of our local schools who are also showing the film. Some of the comments that were left last night included:

“…open evenings in other schools with the movie to increase awareness”

Resilience – Reminder
Remember tonight – Wednesday 30th January 2019 For one night only! Resilience – The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope. Don’t miss the opportunity to join the discussion with Suzanne Zeedyk (Author and Research Scientist in the field of child development). It would be great to have at least one person from each family to join representatives of the local and wider community.

St Joseph’s Primary School present a community screening of “Resilience, The biology of stress and the science of hope. On Wednesday the 30th January from 6.00pm – 8.00pm with a discussion led by Suzanne Zeedyk in St Joseph’s Primary School, Gateside Road, Whitburn EH47 0NJ.
