P6 Recent Highlights
P6 have been very busy recently and wanted to share a few highlights from the past few weeks. We have been learning how to measure, using our Outdoor Learning space to help us estimate distance and check our measurements. We also had our class trip to visit Edinburgh as part of our Harry Potter topic. In class, we created our own wands and took part in some Wizards duals and have enjoyed taking part in some collaborative construction work.
Communication Questionnaire
Dear Parent/Carer,
Our newly formed Parent Council would like your views on how you would like the School and Parent Council to communicate with you. We will use this information to plan a Communication Strategy and set dates for sharing information. Outdoor Learning Day with P2/3
P2/3 had a fantastic time today taking part in Outdoor Learning Day! We started our day off right with some delicious hot chocolate and a story before heading outside for an Autumn Scavenger Hunt! We then had some fun on the Trim Trail and made some bird feeders in the afternoon. A great time had by all! Thank you to our wonderful Mrs Thomas and PSW team for all their hard work.

Anti-Bullying Week & Odd Sock Day
Anti-Bullying Week 2023 will take place from Monday 13th – Friday 17th November. The theme is Make A Noise About Bullying. To celebrate, St Josephs will take part in an Odd Sock Day on Monday the 13th. Children are encouraged to come to school wearing odd socks to celebrate what makes us all unique.

The Parent Council are looking for Stallholders for their Christmas Fayre.
If you are a parent/guardian with a small business and are interested in having a table, reach out to a member of the Parent Council to book your table.
Costs are £15 and a donation to the raffle.
