This week has been such a fun week and we have been learning all about keeping fit and healthy.  We had our Sports Day and started our new Learning across the Curriculum context ‘Eat like a Champ’.  Here are some ways that we can stay healthy:

Regan – “Don’t eat too much sugar and fat, eat more food that is in the big bit of the Eatwell plate”

Ellie – “Don’t eat too many sweeties of fizzy juice”

Rory – “Ask mummy for fruit instead of sweeties”

Millie – “Drink water instead of fizzy juice”

Cameron – “Don’t have chips too many times”

Rio – “Eat like a champ, vegetables are good for you”

Brandon – “Drink milk to make your bones strong”

Leila – “Drink water and choose healthy foods instead of sweeties”

Poppy – “Eat sweeties as a treat”

Emily – “Eat your fruit and vegetables every day and eat less chocolate and sweets”
