This week has been such a fun week and we have been learning all about keeping fit and healthy. We had our Sports Day and started our new Learning across the Curriculum context ‘Eat like a Champ’. Here are some ways that we can stay healthy:
Teigan – “Drink water”
Jonah – “Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg every day”
Griffin – “Make sure that you do different sports”
Regan – “Don’t eat too much sugar and fat, eat more food that is in the big bit of the Eatwell plate”
Ellie – “Don’t eat too many sweeties of fizzy juice”
Rory – “Ask mummy for fruit instead of sweeties”
Millie – “Drink water instead of fizzy juice”
Cameron – “Don’t have chips too many times”
Rio – “Eat like a champ, vegetables are good for you”
Brandon – “Drink milk to make your bones strong”
Leila – “Drink water and choose healthy foods instead of sweeties”
Poppy – “Eat sweeties as a treat”
Emily – “Eat your fruit and vegetables every day and eat less chocolate and sweets”
Keegan – “Try your best to eat healthy food”
Liam – “Eat carrots to stay healthy”
Marley – “Don’t play ipad everyday, go and play outside”
Jayden – “Eat vegetables”
Max – “Drink less fizzy juice at home and try new vegetables”
