Reflecting On Class 3 Achievements

In Class 3, we have 2 whole class reflection times everyday.  This week our target has been to say something we did well each day.  We have realised that we achieve in lots of different ways everyday.

Cary – I know I did really well with my story writing because I didn’t need any adult help and I had lots of good ideas in my story.

Geordie – I was really good at making similes.  My favourite simile is ‘as hairy as a gorilla’ because it is really funny.

Josh – I have been making words with Miss Robertson.  I used to think this was tricky for me but I am good at it now.  It helps if I say the word very slowly.

Liam has been using the talking book to help him with his sounds.  Liam – I like to hear the letters.

Callum – I made a Thomas themed sensory room with Geordie.  We set out wooden railway, Trackmaster, Thomas books, train games on the iPad, Thomas busy books and a colouring competition.  The other children came and some enjoyed it but Nathan didn’t because he doesn’t like Thomas.  I thought it was amazing.  I showed it to Mr Welsh and he liked it too.

Nathan – I have been very friendly to our new pupil, Jamie.  We are like best friends already.

We have enjoyed thinking about our achievements this week and next week we will be trying to think about something someone else in the class has achieved.

  1. Hi Class 3,

I am very impressed with all of the fantastic achievements you have had during the week. The Thomas Sensory Room looks fab and I’m sure you all had fun playing in it. I’m looking forward to hearing about all of your achievements next week.

  2. Class 3, I am very impressed with you whole class reflections. If you record it one time Class 2 could view it. We are having reflection time in class 2 so it would be great to get tips from class 3.
