As part of tonight’s meeting, this afternoon your child has been told their house and class for next year!
In their diary you will find a sticker telling you their house and class. You will need their house information for the meeting tonight as after the main meeting there will be a meeting for each house.
All the joining information has been shared on your child’s Google Classroom page.
The class have been sent home their lines today! They also have costume requirements written in their diaries. For the vast majority, all they need is something/things that make them look like a pensioner. Please do not buy anything! If the children could bring in the items as soon as possible I would really appreciate it.
This year the Leavers Assembly will be prerecorded – not an on stage performance. All children will be provided with a copy of the assembly!

Could all children from all classes please return every school book they currently have at home tomorrow (Friday 26th).
This will allow us to complete a count of all school books, making sure we can continue to have high quality teaching resources in the coming years.
Below is a link to a letter with information about the virtual transition meeting taking place next week.
To be able to join the meet you will need to have access to a Gmail account, instructions on how to create one are linked at the bottom of the letter.
The ‘code’ for the meeting will be shared next week. If you are having any difficulties whatsoever joining the meeting next week, please email the wp@glow.sch.uk email address and I will try to help as best I can.
Just a gentle reminder that the closing date for nursery applications for the session beginning August 2021 is 28th February. To be considered for a placement in August you must complete an application form. Any applications submitted after this date will be considered as late applications.
If you, or someone you know, has a child who’s third birthday falls between 28th February 2021 and 28th February 2022, please contact the school office on: 01555 892251 and ask for an application form.
Alternatively if your child is two or will turn two in the timeframe above, and you are in receipt of certain benefits, ask us about our provision for two-year-olds.
A virtual information evening for parents is currently being organised and will take place on Wednesday 3rd March at 6:30pm.
