Parents Night
Remember to fill in the email sticker in your child’s diary before they hand it in to their teacher this morning. This is important as it is the email address we will be using to send you your video parents night link!
🧩 P5-7 Supported Study Sessions 🧩
South Lanarkshire Council are offering a range of supported study sessions that your child may wish to take part in. They are being run by lots of teachers from different schools and should be great fun! If this is something your child may be interested in, all the sessions are virtual and they can join simply by typing the relevant code into Google Meet and joining.
Online Safety and Numeracy Evening
We are happy to be bringing back our Online Safety Awareness Evening with Mr French!
In previous years this has been a very well-attended evening where we discuss the latest trends and things to look out for as parents online. We discuss how to best support your child and keep them safe as they navigate the online world.
For the first time, the second half of this evening will be hosted by Mrs Purton and she will also be discussing how to support Numeracy in the home.
The session will take place online this Thursday 10th March @ 7-8pm. We will be using Google Meet.
You can either sign in to Google Meet using your own Gmail account or your child’s Google account (on a sticker at the back of their diary).
- If logging through a laptop, simply go onto the Google Meet webpage and type in the joining code (vrp-iyke-oop)
- If logging in through a phone or tablet, first download the Google Meet app, sign in and then type in the code (vrp-iyke-oop)
- You can also scan the QR code on the poster and this will take you straight to the meeting on your phone or tablet.
We are really looking forward to seeing as many people there as possible!
