A message from Mrs MacKenna

Dear Parents/Carers, This is, of course, a very different end to the school session than any of us could have ever anticipated, however, I would like to convey my sincere thanks to you all, to our children, and to all of our Woodpark staff for the incredible way in which you have adapted to the circumstances we have found ourselves in since the end of March.  I have been genuinely impressed by the way in which so many of our children have engaged with the learning activities provided on Google Classrooms, resource packs and the activities you have provided at home. We have been working extremely hard over the past few weeks to make sure that all plans are in place for children’s safe return to school in August.  As and when plans are amended in light of yesterday’s announcement by the Deputy First Minister regarding returning to school, these will be communicated to you.  I thank you for your patience and forbearing at this time. For now, have a restful time over the summer break and we look forward with great excitement to being able to welcome our children back in August. Kindest regards, Debbie MacKenna Head Teacher
