Please note that Whalsay School will not be opening tomorrow, Thursday 15th December.

Just a further update on our plans to re-schedule the concerts next week:

We are hoping to run the concerts on Monday at 2pm and Tuesday at 10am.  In order to simplify arrangements with tickets, we are asking that people stick to their prior ticketing allocations if possible; i.e. those scheduled for the Tues 13^th concert attend on Monday and those scheduled for the Wed 14^th matinee attend on Tuesday.  Secondary pupils who have tickets for the Tuesday 13^th concert will be released from classes to attend on Monday afternoon.  If you still need to change your allocation or are unable to attend, please contact the Primary office when school re-opens.

Please note that Whalsay School will not be opening tomorrow Wednesday 14th December.  We are looking into the possibility of re-scheduling the Concerts planned for this evening and tomorrow afternoon and will update you on this on our return to school.

All schools and early learning settings in Shetland will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday 13 December) due to the weather.

Due to worsening conditions parents may collect pupils early this afternoon. Please come in to school to collect your children from the primary or secondary office. At the moment the bus will be at the normal time.
