Welcome to Primary 1/2! We are a class of 18 pupils ; 9 boys and 9 girls. We are a kind, caring class who value the importance of friendship. We are working hard to be responsible and to follow our class charter, so we can enjoy our rights. We are encouraged to try as hard as we can, to be the very best that we can be. Our class teacher is Mrs Paterson and Mrs Elliott teaches us on a Wednesday. Mrs Paton works with us throughout the week to help us with our learning too.

We look forward to taking part in STEM Tuesdays, where we will work with our friends from different classes. We have our outdoor sessions on a Friday which we absolutely love! Our outdoor area is amazing and it’s the perfect environment for us to learn and develop our understanding and appreciation of the world around us. Our Primary 1 pupils are looking forward to working with their Primary 7 buddies throughout the year.

We are excited to explore a variety of I.D.L topics this year, including ‘I am Unique’, ‘Our Community Heroes’ and ‘The Rainforest’. We will have the opportunity to select our own class topic and will be taking part in a whole school topic later on in the session.

We are looking forward to a fantastic, fun filled year full of memories for us to treasure.
