On enrolment at Girvan Primary School, children and young people are allocated to one of the four ‘houses’ – Falcons, Harriers, Kestrels or Ospreys. Siblings within the school will all be allocated the same house.
Each house is led by 2 P7 House Captains, supported by 2 P6 House Vice-Captains. Members of the Senior Leadership Team are staff leads for each house. House teams organise events throughout the year, including house assemblies, and play a vital role in leading the school and our young people.

Throughout the year, learners have the opportunity to earn house tokens through their achievements, both academic and other, in, around and outwith the school.
