NEST stands for Neurodevelopmental Empowerment & Strategy Team.

The service is for children, young people and adults. Our service is open to anyone in Ayrshire who wants to contact us about autism, ADHD or FASD. You do NOT need a diagnosis to access our service.

What we do

We help people find information and advice about autism, ADHD and FASD
We help people find information about what is available for them in Ayrshire.
We provide workshops for people to learn more about living with autism, ADHD and FASD.
We work with local NHS services and local authority services to help them provide the best service they can for neurodivergent people.

Today the Health and Wellbeing group were researching, creating and trying out their own warm ups in preparation for taking their own sessions!

The HWB group are also going to help organise fundraising events for this years RED NOSE DAY!

We have set up a noticeboard in one of the main hallways in the school to display the work we have done so far.

Part of our noticeboard celebrates the schools recent sporting successes.

We are the Health and Wellbeing pupil voice group. It is our aim to achieve the SportScotland Gold School Sport award. We will do this through showing how much work our school put into improving the health and wellbeing of the pupils at our school.
