Coronavirus – national school closure

The Scottish Government has announced schools across Scotland will close after Friday.

We are working with them to ensure continued support for children and families affected. We will provide more info as soon as we can.

Please follow the council on Twitter @RenCouncil or visit for the latest updates. Visit for health advice.

Parent’s Evening Tuesday 17th March

We are looking forward to seeing you all at this week’s Parent Evening.

As always we will be looking for your views and our children will be seeking them through our online survey which will take only a few minutes of your time.

Should you wish to access this prior to Tuesday please click below on the link or use the QR code.

We will also have Renfrewshire Council Business Support Staff available to help you sign up to ParentPay.

We will also be welcoming representatives from  Kitted Out who are  a small community initiative covering Paisley  and surrounding areas.

Their aim is to make senior proms, P7 leavers parties, first communions and other formal occasions affordable and accessible to all.  They have a beautiful collection of formal wear to borrow, free of charge, for your son or daughter’s first communion , P7 leavers party, senior  prom, grad ball and other formal occasions.

We hope as many parents as possible can attend our final parent’s evening of this session.

Coronavirus – information for parents and carers

The government has announced that the response to coronavirus is moving from ‘Contain’ to ‘Delay’. The advice right now is that schools and nurseries will remain open.

We are continuing to follow national guidance and our school remains open with business as usual. If this changes, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you believe you or your child may be affected, please stay at home and phone NHS24 on 111 or your local GP – you should call rather than visit your GP in the first instance.

Once you’ve received medical advice and if it requires your child to remain off school, please call the school to advise.
