PAThS

Take a look at this power point which is helping you to understand the variety of different feelings we have, sometimes all in one day!

It is important that we learn to recognise and name our feelings, so that you begin to learn how to manage them. This could mean that you can stay calm when something makes you angry or you can comfort yourself when you are worried. As you begin to understand your feelings, you become better at recognising and empathising with the different emotions of people around you.

Task

Have a think about what makes you feel happy when you are a bit fed up. When I am fed up I go for a run, a bike ride or a walk and it always helps. Print of the sheet below or copy and draw in your home learning jotter. Can you think of 3 different things?

Happy
