Glow User Guides

The guides here support with some general use of Glow, setting a recovery e-mail address.

Some useful tips for pupils to remember when logging into Glow are

usernames never have any spaces
make sure you type passwords carefully – look for capital letters and spaces (spacebar)
click on the eye beside the password box to check password is entered correctly.

Microsoft Office FREE through Glow

All Glow users receive Microsoft Office for free through their Glow account. Follow this guide to download. Glow users can download the Microsoft Office Suite on up to 15 devices – five PCs or Macs, five tablets and five phones.

Remote Learning

All Remote Learning will be sent home via Microsoft Teams and this is accessed using pupil’s Glow e-mail address and password. Here are some guides which will support with accessing Glow and Teams.
