I have set some new tasks on Sumdog and Studyladder for you, including some science and art tasks.

Are you reading any books at home? You can add these to your reading log in class when we return. I’d love to hear about what you have been reading, why not post a book review in the comments section when you are finished – how many stars out of five would you give it, what was your favourite chapter or character?

I’m enjoying spending time in my garden and listening to all the different birds. I’ve seen two wood pigeons, four sparrows, two starlings and four magpies. Why not print out the checklist and see how many different birds you can spot? Ask an adult to help you to download the checklist – Twinkl resources are free just now, use the code UKTWINKLHELPS. If you can’t download the checklist, just make a note of what the birds look like and then research to identify the different birds.

You could also create a bird feeder – you must ask an adult to help you to do this. You need to make sure you do not use anything that either you or anyone in your house is allergic to. The link shows you how to make the bird feeder with or without nuts.
