Today is North Lanarkshire’s Virtual Sports Day, are you ready to get involved?

There are 7 events you have been asked to try throughout the day, they are:

•  100m Sprint
• Egg & Spoon Race
•  Welly Toss
• 3 Legged Race
•  Marathon Challenge
•  Long Jump
•  Obstacle Relay

More information about how you can complete these at home is included in the resource pack which I have uploaded to the files section on our class Teams page.

Remember to post your pictures and videos to the St Helen’s Twitter for us to retweet, as the best photo or video will win a £50 prize for their school to purchase new school PE equipment.
