How has your week been? Do you have any energy left this week to help those close to you?

Maybe this weekend you could offer to help out around the house, I bet your parents/guardians would love a helping hand. My oldest son has been helping walk our dog, playing with his brother and tidying the house which has been such a great help and definitely put a smile on my face.

Maybe you could offer to hoover, sweep, dust, take the bins out, play with your sibling or think of something to give a helping hand at home.

It would be great to hear what you got up to, remember a little bit of kindness goes a long way.
