The Word Collector

In our Story of the Week the main character, Jerome, collected words.  Before you start collecting words you have to know letter names and the sound they make.  In the video Jack Hartman has a fun way of helping us to learn letter names and sounds.

Last week our Story of the Week was Oi Dog!  This story introduced us to lots of rhyming words. In the next video

Jack Hartman will help you play a fun fame to help you listen for the rhyming words in his song.

I know you will be AMAZING at listening for the words that rhyme – words that sound the same at the end.
