Heĺlo Nursery Friends- Pen and Paper games

There are lots of great games you can play by yourself or with your family and all you need is something to write with and paper.

Here are some of the pen and paper games the ladies like to play.

  • Take your pen for a walk. Let your pen wander around your paper to make lots of shapes and squiggles. Then colour in all the different shapes you make. It will make a lovely pattern.
  • Noughts and crosses. Make a grid then you begin by putting an X in one of the squares. Then the other player puts an O in another square until three Xs or Os are in a row or all squares are filled in.
  • Spots and lines. Draw lots of spots onto a piece of paper and then take turns with your family to try and make a joined up shape or just have fun making a colourful pattern.
  • Picture game. Head, Body and legs. (This is better with three people) To play each player draws the head of a person or animal then folds the paper without letting the other players see. With only the neck showing pass the paper to another player who will draw a body. Once they are finished they fold the paper until only the top of the legs are showing and pass it to the next player and they will draw the legs. Once everyone is finished unfold the paper to discover the fun characters you have drawn.

If you or your family know any other games we can try please let us know.

Keep busy and happy Love and cuddles from All the Ladies xxx
