Did you know one of the best exercises  to do is dancing?

The ladies were just talking about all the fun dance games we play in the nursery.

We know you are very good at shaking, wiggling, jiggling and jumping and moving to the music.

What is your favourite music to dance? Do you like dance games?

Maybe you like to follow some moves or do your own. It doesn’t matter how you dance or what you dance to.

It is excellent exercise and it will make you smile.

Whatever way you decide to dance we know it will make you smile just like it is making us smile just imagining you dancing and having fun.

Play a game and dance.

Play a musical instrument and dance.

Watch a program and dance.

Some of your friends sent us a video or photo of them dancing when we were thinking about putting on a show.

We had so much fun watching them.
