Here is an idea for today. Why don’t you try some Mindfulness?
It is as easy as just noticing the things around you and only takes a couple of minutes. Mindfulness is really good to help calm your thoughts and bring your thinking into the present (what is happening now). Try out this exercise today and see if you notice a change in your mood or thinking. If you take your time with each part it really helps.
