Health and Wellbeing – Nurtured

Good morning boys and girls!

How are you feeling? It’s OK to sometimes feel a little sad, bored and miss your friends… we are all experiencing different emotions right now. It is important to feel nurtured at home and at school. Think about who makes you feel safe and loved? This may be someone who shows you kindness…

Have you read the story, The Rainbow Fish? I thought this was interesting because it shows how being kind to others makes you happy inside… have a watch

Even although me might be excited about all the things we have, like toys or clothes or gadgets, it’s only fun if we can share them with friends, which then makes them happy too! Have a think about this.

I would like you to have a serious think about what you think nurtured means to you and complete this activity:

Stay happy, get outside and enjoy some sunshine (with factor 50!)

Miss you,

Mrs McLaughlin x
