It’s the end of another school week and nearly the weekend. How are you all feeling today?

Today I wanted to post a quote about focusing on the present.

Lock down has given us time to spend with our immediate family. We have also been given more free time to focus on what we enjoy doing, to relax or to start a new hobby because we don’t have to commute to school/work. Let’s try and enjoy this strange and unprecedented time in our lives.
