Hello everyone,

It is so great to wake up and the sun is still shining, we really have been blessed with nice weather during lock down which has been great to enjoy some exercise outside.

I would love it if you could share what you have been up to. Has anyone taken up cycling while they have been off, or are you using your bike more now? It would be great to hear from you, and if you’ve got a picture of you using your bike or doing other exercise that would be great too. The cycling development group within NLC are really interested in how we have all being cycling more while we have been off and looking for your stories.
